The Financial Considerations for hosting Toby Travis in your area consists of the following:

 

CONFIRMATION FEE: This fee is due within 15 days of the written confirmation of the event and are not a portion of the Travel Expenses or the Presentation Fee.  This fee confirms the event and secures the date.

 

TRAVEL EXPENSES: Travel expenses are due 6 weeks prior to the event date.  The Travel Expenses vary based upon the location and date.

 

PRESENTATION FEE: This fee is due upon the date of the event and prior to Toby's departure from your location.  The fee varies based upon the type of event, the venue, and whether or not tickets are being sold.
